Terms & Conditions - Casa Adam

Please read the terms and conditions below carefully before making a reservation at Casa Adam, located in Sighișoara, Str. Stejarilor no. 5. By contacting us for a booking, you implicitly accept these terms.

1. Reservations

Reservations are accepted only via direct contact:

• by phone,

• WhatsApp message,

• or email.

We do not accept bookings through the website.

2. Cancellation Policy

To help us manage availability fairly, please notify us at least 3 days before your arrival date if you need to cancel or change your reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings in the case of repeated last-minute cancellations.

3. House Rules

To ensure the comfort of all guests:

• Pets are not allowed.

• Children under 13 are not allowed.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and indoor areas.

• Please respect quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00

• Parties or events are not permitted without prior approval from the owner.

• Visitors who are not guests at Casa Adam are not allowed in the rooms without our prior consent.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 16:00 – 22:00

• Check-out: 07:00 – 11:00

Please inform us in advance if your arrival or departure time differs from the standard hours.

5. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused in the room or common areas. In the case of significant damage, we reserve the right to request compensation.

6. Accessibility

Please note that access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility, including elderly guests or those with physical disabilities, as Casa Adam has many steps and no ramps or special facilities.

7. Personal Data (GDPR)

The data collected via phone, WhatsApp, or email for reservation purposes will be used exclusively to manage your stay and will not be shared with third parties.
We do not send marketing messages or newsletters.
